To guarantee the accuracy of the terminology used in the translation as well as the experience of the translator, whose credentials are certified by different authorities, like the Mexico City Supreme Court of Justice or the Federal Judiciary Council according to strict protocols regarding experience and expertise. Sometimes translations need to be certified to fulfill a requirement as part of a legal process. Certification guarantees the translator is knowledgeable in a subject area and the relevant terminology, that they have been vetted by federal or local authorities, as such is the case, and that therefore they are considered expert translators.
